GenC Developer
I went through a few steps, and eventually got to the HR interview. It included an English test and a big case study where I had to look at different candidate profiles and then present my findings. They wanted to check how good my communication and problem-solving skills were.
- Which classes did you enjoy the most?
Network Engineer
First, you have to pass a general talent exam with 45 questions. Then, there's a group case test with 5 other engineers. These are pretty hard, but if you show leadership, you can pass. After that, the HR interview, where they didn't ask much. Once she learned I had no experience, I was eliminated. But they didn't bother telling me, which was unprofessional for a company this size.

Engineer
There was a group of five candidates, and we all did a general ability test that covered math and logic (it was pretty easy), then an English exam that focused on grammar and reading (that one was tough), and then a collaborative case study assessment. After that, we had the HR interview.
- Tell me about yourself briefly.
Accounts Payable Specialist
So the main issue we were facing was that our healthcare clients used pretty much one kind of platform, but our academic clients were using a whole bunch of different ones. Our tech team was having a hard time coming up with a single integration solution that could handle all these different scenarios. It eventually became clear that instead of building one solution like we initially wanted, we'd actually need to develop multiple separate solutions to cater to both markets.
