Senior Software Engineer
The whole thing was remote. First, I had to do some online coding exercises on HackerRank. Then, there was an online interview where I had to share my screen and do some live coding. This part included coding exercises, some design-level questions, and questions focused on communication.

iOS Software Developer
They just collect CVs and claim there are open roles. They say you'll be interviewed up to 4 weeks after finishing their tests, but it takes months. They never call back. The process is too long with many online tests, and it took many hours to complete the profile. They pay below market average if you live in LATAM, Portugal, and Spain, but double for US candidates. When you mention Glassdoor expectations, they say it's too high. They promote open roles weekly on LinkedIn but never get in touch. It seems like they're just farming CVs.
