The interview process at Turing was structured and efficient. It kicked off with an initial screening, followed by a technical assessment, and then wrapped up with a final interview with the team. Questions focused on data analysis, business problem-solving, and tools like SQL and Excel. The interviewers were professional and supportive. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.

I'm creating my profile in August 2024 and passed the initial tests for general LLM analytics and then specific languages in February and April 2025. Turing used Risebird, a third-party recruiting agency, to vet candidates. I had an interview with one of their guys; he joined the Zoom meeting 20 minutes late and just read my resume. His internet connection was really bad, and he got kicked out of the meeting three times. It was weird because my application couldn't be found in the system, maybe he didn't upload it because of his internet issues, you can check the Turing & Risebird portals for updates. It gets crazier because Joao and Vikram have completely ignored me since I first contacted them, and Blessing told me to wait, but there's been no update since February 2025.

So, I went through three rounds in total. First up was an aptitude test, then a business writing assessment. For the writing part, they gave me two bot-generated answers and I had to pick the better one and say why. After that, the real interviews kicked off. There were actually four parts to this main interview: a business case study, logical reasoning, some guesstimates, and then questions about Excel and Google Suite. Definitely focus on this main interview part.
