I passed all the interviews and exams, and I got accepted for matching jobs, but I've been waiting for about 16 months and still haven't heard back from them.

Applying online is super simple and user-friendly. You don't have to spend hours on tests like at some other places before you even get an interview. Once you're done with the required tests, they'll ask you for a technical interview. They'll send an email saying you'll share your screen and code on your laptop, but that's not what happens. As soon as the interview begins, a 'LeetCode' style page pops up with a programming problem. No intros, no explanations, just the problem and a timer ticking down. You need to have your webcam and mic on, but the interviewer doesn't, so they can see and hear you, but you can't see or hear them. The only way to talk is through chat. So, after getting a handle on what was on the screen, I tried to ask for a clarification. I got an instant reply like, 'if I help you, it's not fair to other candidates.' Then what's the point of a 1-on-1 interview if I can't even ask for clarification? Their system is missing basic stuff like custom tests and debugging. There's just one basic test case, like 'if input is 2 and 3, the output should be 2.' After the interview, they say to submit the solution within 24 hours, but I got the response 10 days later (after I sent reminders). If they only hire 1% of applicants, they should at least be responsible for properly rejecting the other 99% and give clear instructions.

It wasn't too difficult. I spoke with a friendly Indian tech person. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and the questions were quite insightful. Best of luck to everyone else interviewing!
