The interview process was a mess from the initial contact to the lack of feedback. For the first contact, the HR person in charge of the vacancy scheduled a preliminary interview date. 24 hours before, they still hadn't confirmed, I tried calling, emailing, and nothing. 15 days passed, and they called me asking if I could come the next day. I live in Curitiba, I traveled there at the scheduled time... I didn't have HR follow-up, only from the manager and the area manager. They informed me they would give feedback the next week, again 15 days later, without any response, I sent an email requesting feedback, 3 days later I received the negative. I found it very unprofessional of the company not to give any feedback considering everything that was discussed during the process, my travel from another city as required by HR (who didn't even participate in the interview) and the need to miss work at my current job (which was discussed before scheduling the in-person interview).
