The interview process was quick and efficient. The interviewer had a great understanding of the role I applied for and was able to explain the job responsibilities clearly. Initially, I wasn't sure about the specifics of the position, but the interviewer provided a comprehensive overview of what Tungsten does, how the company operates, and where I would fit within the organization.

I had a great experience interviewing with Tungsten. No scary assessment centers or tricky questions! It started with a few calls with current employees to discuss the product and its market position. After I showed confidence and interest, they asked more specific questions about my motivations and why I wanted to be an SDR in Fintech. Finally, I did a mock call with a potential client. All the Tungsten staff were very welcoming and didn't expect me to be a product expert.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The main part of the interview was a sales competency test. My task was to participate in a mock call where I was speaking to a potential prospect with the objective of booking a discovery call meeting.
  • They were interested in the traits that I thought would make a good SDR and my motivation for applying to the role.
