First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tulsa Welding School.
Program Director
The interview process was really smooth and I had no complaints. The building was amazing and the interview was conducted professionally. The whole experience was great from beginning to end.
- If you were to leave, would your employees follow you?
Director of Student Services
The process kicked off with a phone screening, followed by in-person interviews with the president, HR, COO, and CEO. After completing each stage, I advanced to the next. The process concluded with a background and drug screening.
- Can you share your relevant experience?
- What is your motivation for seeking employment at our school?
Career Services Advisor
The first interview was virtual. Very friendly HR Rep on the first call. The second interview was in person and very informative and beneficial.
- What motivates you to seek employment with this organization?
Admissions Representative
It was a group interview. The two interviewees presented a TWS commercial first, then discussed the company and introduced themselves. After that, they asked some basic questions. Honestly, they didn't seem very professional. They asked us to call to check the status of our employment, but we were always told they weren't available, even when calling at different times on different days. It was a waste of time overall, especially since they reposted the job today but ghosted prospective employees.
- What is your plan if you are not selected for this position?
- Why do you believe you are the most suitable candidate for this role?
- What is your age?
