It started with a chat about my past work and then a walk around the school. Everyone I met, including the principal, was really nice. But then they told me about weekly teach reviews, forever. Apparently, even the principal has these reviews because the school is super data-driven and focused on getting better. I wished them and their staff luck, but I left the interview after hearing this policy because it sounds like a personal nightmare.
