First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tullys Good Times.
Host
The interview process was pretty straightforward. They contacted me to set up an interview, and then I went in and spoke with the hiring manager. We discussed my availability and work ethic.
- What is your weekly hour availability?
- What are your available work hours per week?
Dishwasher
The interview was awful, really loud and quick. They barely asked any questions and mostly just judged me. I was kept waiting for a while before it started and then they quickly ended it. Other people were staring and it made me feel uncomfortable.
- Would you be a good employee?
Server
It was pretty fast and simple. I only had to come in one time for an interview and they hired me right away. It was super chill, I didn't feel any pressure or nerves. They asked me only a few questions. The interview was about an hour to an hour and a half.
- Do you have any tattoos?
Manager
First, we had a phone call for about 45 minutes. Right after that, they offered me an in-person interview. I went dressed casually as they suggested. After the interview, they extended an offer to return, but the environment felt unprofessional and disorganized, so I passed.
- Do you prefer cats or dogs?
