K-force, a recruiting firm, contacted me about an opportunity at TMS because a friend connected us. I was looking for summer employment. They interviewed and hired me. Then, I underwent a two-week paid training in Warwick before starting the actual job.

The office was in a beautiful building, and the work environment seemed laid back and welcoming, with folks smiling (it looked like a casual dress day). The interview process involved a series of questions, asking for specific examples like working with a team, going above and beyond, or accomplishing a goal. Be prepared, as there were many questions.

The interview took place in a comfortable setting. Upon entering, there was a conference room ready, making for a smooth transition. After a brief wait, the HR manager met me and led me to the conference room. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and covered my past experiences and personal beliefs/attitudes. The environment was not stressful at all and the process was very straightforward and easy to understand.
