Case Technical

It was a tough panel interview with practical skills questions using a made-up situation. They really focused on what you could do and knew, not so much on your personality. It felt hard but effective and fast. You'll figure out fast if you're a good match.

The interview is set up as a panel where 2-4 interviewers will ask you questions. They don't really try to get to know you personally, it feels super impersonal. I've been a manager and I know that interviews should also be about understanding the candidate, not just putting them on the spot and making them feel awkward.

First, you gotta fill out some paperwork about your availability. If that gets the okay, you go in for an in-person chat, mostly just casual small talk. If that goes well, then you have to answer some questions about first aid, CPR, and AED. If you nail all that, you move on to the skills part, which involves rescues and a fitness test. You'll be in the water for at least an hour during this part.
