First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tuck Advisors.
Analyst
It was smooth with a few behavioral and technical rounds. The first round was a hirevue type video, then a tech screen, then an online test assessment, and finally the final round interview.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Analyst
So like, there were a bunch of interview rounds. Basically, they wanted to see if you could like, pick up new stuff fast and then explain it so people could get it. Most of the interview was like, doing stuff on your own time. Then there was one round where you had to go in person.
- What are your friends' opinions of you?
Financial Analyst
It's a 30-minute chat, so be ready to discuss your CV and experiences. No technical questions are expected unless you bring them up yourself, so make sure you're prepared if you mentioned them in your application.
- Do you have any knowledge of accounting concepts?
Summer Analyst
The process kicks off with a quick call to check your background and why you're interested. Then, you'll get a take-home task to see your technical chops. Finally, there's a deep-dive interview with the CEO to gauge cultural fit, see if your vision aligns with theirs, and check your communication skills.
- Tell me about a project you found engaging.
