Technical Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. I was interviewing for a CNC position, and the supervisor seemed really keen because they were short on CNC operators. He wanted me to start by learning the parts on the saw first, which was fine with me. Apparently, they had a bad experience with someone who messed up operating the CNC without knowing the parts. It took me about two weeks to get familiar with all the different parts and feel good about it. It was pretty disheartening to see others being trained on the CNC while the original plan for me went out the window.

Behavioral Technical

I had my first HR interview which went great, and I answered all the behavioral questions and talked about my experience and skills. Then, I had a technical round with the manager. It got postponed three times, but we eventually had the interview, and it lasted for about an hour and went well. Two weeks later, I followed up with the HR Manager, but I didn't hear back. I then reached out to the manager who conducted the technical interview, and they said I'd be updated on my application status the following week, but I still haven't heard anything.
