The interview process was pretty standard. It gave me a chance to talk with people from different parts of the company. It was a few rounds over multiple days. It was nice to get a feel for who I would be working with.

I had a virtual interview slate with multiple cross-functional managers. They were from HR, E-commerce, marketing, and sales operations. I had a 30-minute slate with each person on the panel. We discussed business performance, growth opportunities, areas of impact, and immediate needs.

I applied online and got a callback quick. The recruiter gave me a 30 min phone screen, which seemed to go okay. A few days later, I chatted with the director. It was supposed to be 30 mins but went for an hour. I thought it went well, and the director even said I was moving on and the recruiter would set up the next steps. But then, silence for a few days. Meanwhile, I got offered a final interview at another company I'd interviewed with before TTI. To get an update on TTI, I emailed the recruiter but got no response. Two weeks after talking to the director, I emailed the recruiter again and was told the director chose other candidates. The lack of communication, transparency, and general etiquette was really disappointing, especially given how many people are looking for jobs because of COVID. If this is how they treat candidates, it's probably a good thing I didn't get the job.

Applied through the company's site and also messaged the hiring manager on LinkedIn, which helped get a recruiter to reach out within a day. Had a thorough phone interview with the recruiter and then another with the hiring manager. They scheduled an in-person interview because they thought I was a good fit. The facility was nice and the recruiter was friendly. I met with 4 out of 5 employees individually in a conference room for about 1.5 hours. Two interviews were good, but there was some weird tension between the other two interviewers, one a manager and one a subordinate who seemed disrespectful towards his manager and/or unsure of the management structure. He stated he hadn't read my resume, questioned my college major, and asked about a current coworker on my references. Within an hour of leaving, they re-listed the job with a different title. They've listed this same role multiple times with different titles. It seems they don't know what they want or how to find it. The process was smooth and fast, but some departments seem disorganized. I emailed the recruiter the next day and was told they weren't interested.
