Sales Representative
The interview process went well. It seemed like they had a solid team carefully evaluating candidates, which was impressive given the company's size. It was definitely worth going through the process to see what would come of it.
- Could you share an example of how you've overcome objections in the past?
Technical Marketing Manager
It was a pretty easy and open conversation with a couple of key people, including the hiring manager. It wasn't super technical; they were more interested in your soft skills, customer-facing skills for selling, and business acumen.
- Would you be alright with traveling approximately 2,000 miles per month?
Sales and Marketing
If you’re male and over the age of 25, don’t even bother applying. They want young kids fresh out of college that have never held a tool in their life.
- Tell me about the hardest challenge you’ve ever faced.
Management Trainee
Interview involves being asked about your skills and some situational issues in both English and Cantonese. A smart casual dress code is required. More than 5 senior managers will conduct one-to-one interviews. They might ask questions regarding University knowledge, so make sure you do a quick revision to prepare yourself. All department staff are nice.
