Behavioral Technical

The interviewers seemed uninterested in my background and rushed me through the interview. I felt I was more prepared than they were, and they seemed to have planned to waste my time. They appeared clueless about technology, giving blank stares when I asked about specific tech. It was clear they hired cheap talent, and many senior staff lacked technical skills. They don't know the IT industry well enough to assess candidates accurately. If you have IT experience, look elsewhere.

Started with a recruiter intro. Then had a couple of phone calls to talk about the role and its responsibilities. After that, I went in for an in-person interview that went for about an hour and a half. It covered both my personality and my skills. I met with the hiring manager and one of the team members.
