So first I did this coding online assessment, it had 3 problems that were like easy to medium difficulty. After that, I had my first interview with the leader. Oh, and before that interview, I had to upload my transcripts, my English test results, and fill out a questionnaire.

They were super rude and unfriendly. It was obvious they felt superior. The whole experience was really unpleasant. They were so unprofessional and didn't show any courtesy. It felt like they didn't respect our time and brushed off anything we said. It made for a really awkward and discouraging vibe.
