It felt pretty standard. First, they asked me to introduce myself, like a 'tell me about yourself' type thing. Then they asked questions about my experience that I mentioned in my intro and on my resume (they definitely read it!). They wanted to know what I did in my experience and previous jobs, and why I chose to do those things. After that, they asked why I applied to TSMC and if I wanted to work there, and then let me ask them questions.
