First, I sent in my CV. After that, there was a writing test and a personality quiz. If I got through that, I had an online interview with 3 interviewers, one from each department. I was told it would take about a week to hear back, but I got a reply in 3 days.

I talked to employees at the career fair and gave them my resume. A month later, I got a call to set up a phone interview. The first phone interview was about half an hour. They ask questions and record you so management can review. They said they'd call if they wanted to move forward, otherwise email. I got a call a couple days after my first interview to set up another phone interview. After the second phone interview, I got a call to set up my third phone interview. A few days after the third phone interview, I got an email. I was told after the third phone interview, there is an in-person interview.

The interview process seemed to involve basic questions about handling colleague situations. The recruiter was friendly and persistent, but I received a rejection letter the day after the interview, even though the interview ended the previous evening. The person I spoke with at the college fair appeared bored and uninterested.

The interview process felt informal and a bit confusing. It involved two parts: a phone call with someone in a lower-level role, and then an in-person meeting with a manager. Some questions were unusual and it was hard to tell what kind of answer they were looking for.
