Security Officer
The interview was interactive and conversational, not meant to be intimidating. They asked general questions about my experience and future goals, along with some technical questions relevant to the specific role.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Operations
Easy, bring your documents. Having them verified and authentication is very important. Read on the expectations, values, and missions of the company. Be alert and willing to listen carefully. Do not lie during the interview.
- Tell me about your experience and how it was important.

The interview process had one phone interview and two site interviews. They tried to schedule the phone interview three times, but the first two times no one called. Then, there were two immature interviews where the interviewers didn't know much. The phone interviewer mentioned the client was Novartis. A couple of weeks later, a site interview was scheduled. This was very unprofessional. They revealed the site interview was for a different company. The first person I met was rude and just told me to follow him. He then made a call to India, and someone from there asked technical questions. After waiting about 1.5 hours, I met the hiring manager, who was very incompetent and didn't understand AI, ML, or the business. Later, I interviewed with their client, which was a smooth and knowledgeable conversation. They said the client accepted me and wanted to give an offer. The recruiter called me over 10 times with strange questions, asking if I'd accept an offer immediately or for less money. When I said I wouldn't accept less, I didn't hear from them for weeks. Then they called to extend an offer, but I had already accepted a better offer elsewhere. The hiring manager called me saying it was unprofessional to accept another offer. Overall, this company is very unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates.

So, the whole process for hiring new people is like, a few steps. Mostly, you'll have interviews, sometimes it's just you and them, other times it's a group of candidates, or a panel. You might do these interviews in person, over the phone, through email, or using video calls.
- Could you describe your professional self?
