Analyst
It was a 4-round process. First, an HR call where we discussed my past experiences with behavioral questions. Then, a Manager Interview, which included behavioral questions about my past experiences and some job-related questions. After that, a Division Head Interview focused on behavioral and motivation questions. Finally, an MD Interview where they asked some other questions.

Business Intelligence Developer
I was actually recruited for this role, not sure why since I didn't apply. The recruiter told me I'd get a 25-30% salary increase from my current remote job, so I agreed to talk. That was the last normal conversation I had though. HR is completely outsourced and the role was called hybrid, but it's actually 4 days a week in-office. They told me I couldn't do the technical interview virtually because I might cheat, so I had to take time off work to go in person. When I got there, there was no receptionist or anything, just the interviewer who didn't even know I had a full-time job or only had an hour. He also hadn't looked at my resume, even though the recruiter sent him everything. He spent 10-15 minutes finishing some work while I waited in his office. Then he gave me a SQL test on paper with a note saying 'If you can't solve this, get up and leave.' I did great on the advanced SQL questions while he was on his phone. He seemed surprised to learn I had a grad degree in CS and real experience. Then he asked if I wanted to work 4 days a week in-office, and when I said I preferred remote but was open to it, he said he wanted me to 'WANT' to come in. After all that, he said the role would pay less than I currently make and still asked if I'd accept it. I saw the email the recruiter got showing my acceptable salary range, so I was just waiting to leave. Reading other reviews, it seems like they have high turnover and arrogant management. If this is how they treat people in interviews, I can't imagine how bad it is day-to-day. Unless you like being disrespected and underpaid, stay away.

Software Engineer
It was a quick HR call, then an in-person interview with the team lead and team manager. A few days later, I got an offer. The compensation was about average for the market, but I wasn't looking to switch jobs without any extra perks, especially since recent reviews weren't great. Update: They contacted me again with another offer on a different team that had much better compensation, which I accepted. The process overall was very streamlined and efficient, with quick updates.
- Could you explain basic object-oriented programming concepts like pointers, reference value objects, and abstraction, as well as how try-catch mechanics work and how to sum a list of integers?
Client Integration Specialist
4 rounds of interview with no offer, after that they claimed the reason is that all the interviewers has problem with my communication skills and there was a typo in my Resume (have you not seen this from the beginning). I think I was racially profiled in my last interview as I was asked about my origins. I have the sufficient technical and personal skills to do the Job as I did a very similar Job for 2 years. Horrible experience… apparently top management decision that have no clue about how the previous interviews went. If you are not serious about hiring don't waste people time and don't give absurd reasons for not moving forward.
