The interview process with TRX was wonderful. My experience started with a recruiter, who was wonderful and very well informed. Then I met with key team members, followed by an onboarding process with HR. The team was very communicative and extremely welcoming throughout.

I saw the job posting on the TRX website and applied directly. The company reached out via email, and then I had a phone call to check if I was a good cultural fit and if my accounting/finance background was suitable. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview. A part of the on-site was a TRX class I had to take. The on-site also involved one-on-one interviews with team members and other company folks. I also had lunch and then coffee with HR to talk about relocating to San Francisco. Overall, it was a good interview process.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process included a phone screen, followed by three in-person interviews and one panel interview. All interviewers asked thoughtful and deliberate questions, and they seemed to coordinate their areas of focus well for a company that's less than ten years old. This made me feel good about the time I invested in the process and it met my expectations.

I applied online using a job board. I was emailed and invited to a virtual interview with one of their recruiters and then was moved forward to interview with hiring managers. Straightforward process. I want to start by saying I was ghosted after interviewing and they tout themselves as a "best place to work." I was never formally rejected and that's the most annoying thing.
