Behavioral Technical

The interview process mainly involved questions about industry knowledge and standard interview queries, making it quite straightforward to prepare for. The interviewer was really nice and helped me feel comfortable. Although a few questions surprised me and I didn't answer them perfectly, with enough prep, it would've been fine. It included initial contact and then a technical review.

The process was quite tedious, involving at least 6 stages of tests, presentations, and interviews from June to September. I had to follow up with them because the recruiter went quiet for a long time. They didn't provide any specific feedback, just saying they chose another candidate. You can only reapply 18 months after receiving your rejection email.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process involved several rounds. It started with an HR screening, then an interview with the Head of Design. Following that, there was another HR interview, and the process concluded with an interview with the Director of the department. At some point during these interviews, a general mental evaluation was conducted, lasting about 3 hours, which included basic English problem-solving and math questions.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process usually kicks off with submitting an online application. Next, your resume gets screened to check if you meet the basic requirements. If you pass, you'll likely have a phone screening with an HR rep or recruiter to discuss your background and interest in the role. After that, there could be one or more technical or behavioral interviews, either in person, by phone, or video call. Technical interviews test your job skills, while behavioral ones look at your soft skills and how you handle situations. Some companies might also give you assessment tests, like coding challenges or problem-solving exercises. For some jobs, you might get called for on-site interviews, which could involve meeting several team members or doing group activities. Panel interviews, where you meet multiple interviewers at once, are also possible, especially for higher-level roles. The final interview is usually with senior management to assess your cultural fit and long-term goals. If all goes well, they'll check your references. If you're a good fit, you'll get a job offer, which you can then negotiate. Once you accept, you'll go through the onboarding process.
