Generative AI Annotator
The multiple-choice assessment had questions with Portuguese grammar errors (like missing words) and duplicated answer options. Overall, it was just online tests, no formal interviews with people, only the specific proficiency tests for the role.
- What is my native language.
Project Manager
I went through 4 interviews, each with just a few hours notice. It took over a month to get a decision, then an offer, and then it was rescinded because I asked if the starting salary was negotiable. Seriously, don't bother with this company, they won't respect you.
- Why are you interested in working at e2f?
Data Analyst
There was a lot of disorganization at the company, and the feedback on the answers was very subjective. I didn't hear back about my application for over a month, and nobody was responding to emails, even people who already worked for the company and were on other projects.
- You have to attend a meeting where they "train" you and then pass a test.
AI Project Manager
I was contacted a few days after applying on LinkedIn to schedule an interview soon, and it was scheduled for two days later at a time that suited me. So far, everything was very friendly and quick. I was interviewed by two people, one from Argentina and the other I'm not sure, but an English speaker. I really didn't understand why they contacted me, because the Argentinian quickly made me realize that I don't have the experience they are looking for and, in fact, recommended that I study more about AI as if I knew nothing. It was clear to me that I didn't pass the interview, and the last straw was when they told me they would pass my CV to the next person and let me know by email if I passed to the next round. They didn't even notify me. They directly ignored me.
