Account Executive
I was first contacted by a recruiter for TR. The whole thing took about 3 weeks from the start to getting the offer. There were 5 parts to the interview: First, a 15-minute HireVue video. Then, a 30-minute Zoom call with the Director of Sales. After that, a 50-minute Zoom meeting with two team members. Next was a product pitch to the sales director and two current Account Executives, which was followed by a feedback session. Finally, a Zoom call with the CEO. Overall, it was a pretty smooth process with good communication and timely follow-ups. Nothing really surprised me, just make sure to prepare your questions, use all the provided materials, draw on your previous sales experience, and just be yourself. You can tell they really care about finding someone who not only has the professional skills but also fits well with the team. Be ready to discuss your past results, why you want to join TR, and how you approach deals.

Customer Success Manager
The interview process was great! It started with an initial phone screen with the Director of Customer Success, where I completed a data/knowledge/expertise exercise. Next, I had a 1:1 Zoom call with the VP of Customer Success. The final step was a 1:1 Zoom call with the CEO, which was a first for me. The questions were really deep and not the usual stuff. They genuinely wanted to know more about me, how I work, and how I'd deal with their clients. Talking with the CEO was interesting; he's very open and values transparency. He asked some really deep questions that made me dig deep and be more personal and candid than I've ever been in an interview, but it felt comfortable. It made me want to work there even more, for him as a leader and for the people he trusts.

Senior Software Engineer
We kicked things off with a casual lunch, just me, a product manager, and one of the developers, to get a feel for the company's vision. After that, I came in for a technical interview and a group fit session. I met with two or three developers individually, and they probed my knowledge. They also threw out some problems they were currently working on or had recently solved to see how I'd tackle them.

- How would you solve this problem?

SEO Marketing Analyst
First there was an initial interview that lasted about 40 minutes. Then, I was given an assessment that I had to finish within 72 hours. Once they reviewed that, the final interview with the team happened.
