First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TrustPoint Hospital.
Financial Counselor
The interview process involved two panel interviews. They used the STAR method, asking questions like 'what if scenarios' and 'tell me about a time'. The interviews were off-putting, and I believe the reviews for this hospital. They expect too much work for very little pay, which should be adjusted and reevaluated.
- In a situation where a patient is violent, what would be your course of action?
Patient Care Technician
First, there was a phone call interview, and then an in-person interview. The interviewer was very knowledgeable and I didn't have any questions left. They will schedule you for a drug test after the interview. The whole process takes a while.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What made you decide to apply for this role?
- Are you planning on continuing your education?
PCT
The interview process was okay, but a bit unprofessional. I was promised certain things that were later changed, which was disappointing. I felt rushed when answering questions and a bit intimidated to ask my own. The nurse manager, I think, seemed uninterested and like she was just going through the motions. This should have been a sign to leave.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in working at Trustpoint?
Registered Nurse
The interview process was great, initially. The director who interviewed me was very personable. After accepting the job offer, I was very happy there for a while.
- Tell me about your experience.
