The process was pretty smooth, they ask some basic questions. They want to know about yourself and what makes you a good fit for the role. First you'll do a video interview. The training is about 2 weeks long and you should know basic math and be able to multitask.

I applied online in late April and heard back two weeks later about a face-to-face interview with the recruiter. That interview went well, mostly behavioral and general questions. The hiring manager for the department called the next week to schedule an interview with me. She was nice and the interview felt like a chat. The day after that, my recruiter called with an offer. I passed the drug test and background check, and then got my official welcome packet via email. The whole process was professional and pretty relaxed.

A friend told me they were hiring, so I applied on their website. They called me back within a week and asked some standard questions. After that, I had a one-on-one interview with an HR representative. They said I'd hear back in about a week. My friend also mentioned that the position is high-stress and lacks acknowledgement. They did call to offer me the position, but I declined.

I had a great interview for the development associate position. But then the interviewer told me to apply for the credit admin portfolio analyst role instead. They said I'd get the details and someone would reach out about the job. After I applied for the second position, I never heard back from anyone.

  • Tell me about your coursework that relates to this role.
