The interview process was really positive and well-organized. I really liked that I always got quick feedback, so I never felt unsure about where I was in the process. It kicked off with a technical challenge that was pretty straightforward and had enough time to complete it without rushing. After that, I had a chat with HR about my background and what I'm looking for. Then came an English test covering reading, listening, and responding. Following that, there was a technical discussion with the quality team about past experiences and how I'd tackle daily issues. It was also a good chance to understand the team's workflow better. Finally, I spoke with leadership about alignment, culture, and mutual expectations.

After submitting my application, the recruiter contacted me via email, informing me that the next step would be a technical test and asking if I wanted to proceed. From there, the stages were: 1 - Technical test; 2 - Interview with the recruiter; 3 - Aptitude test, psychological test, and English test; 4 - Interview with people from the QA team; 5 - Interview with the QA manager; 6 - Reference check with leaders I have/had reported to. 7 - Offer.

Fui abordado pelo linkedin e recebi um pdf com informações da empresa e seus benefícios. Agendei a entrevista, onde foi feito um nivelamento básico de inglês, que foi tranquilo. Depois disso, me enviaram vários testes e uma prova técnica. Fiz e respondi tudo dentro do prazo, mas até agora, após 10 dias, não recebi nenhum feedback. Enviei e-mail e mensagem para a recrutadora, mas não obtive resposta. Considero uma grande falta de respeito com o candidato.
