A headhunter reached out to me because of my education and sports background. They asked me some basic questions and to send my resume. After the company reviewed my resume, I was invited for an interview. I was also asked to bring some of my work to show. I was later rejected because I didn't have enough Java programming experience. They were upfront and clear with me on the phone, which I appreciated.

Got contacted via Linkedin for an open position. After applying, HR recruiter gave more details and sent a Technical Challenge and a Personality/UCAT test to be done in 5 days. Then, a video chat with two HR recruiters for about an hour. After that, a technical interview via video chat with 4 managers, which lasted over an hour and a half. The final step was providing 2 professional references for a questionnaire. Got an offer the next day. The final offer was over 40% lower than the initial possible offer. BEWARE!!

The process had a technical challenge and a personality test. The challenge was of medium difficulty, focusing more on logic. Then, I had the interview with the recruiter. It was really nice and a very positive experience. The people are very open and give you a lot of freedom to speak. It felt like a conversation, not an interview. Finally, I interviewed with the manager. It was a timed interview, but it was also really nice and positive.
