Even though I wasn't offered a position and the interview was a bit lengthy, the process was very humanized and the company values employee well-being. I wasn't hired.

The process began with an online HR interview in Portuguese, followed by a well-crafted technical test in English. This test involved creating a web scraper to gather information from a specific website, without using any pre-built tools. Next, there was an online psychometric test, then a technical interview to discuss the test and other technical questions. There was also a separate English proficiency test conducted by HR. The final step was receiving an offer via email with the start date. The whole process was quick, clear, and straightforward, with very helpful interviewers.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Regarding the technical test you completed, what improvements could you have made to your solution?
  • Could you discuss the technical test you did and what you might have done differently to enhance your solution?

Technical Coding Presentation

The process started on the website and the HR part was very quick. The person in charge was efficient and helpful. It begins with a profile test, a general knowledge test, and then the interview. The biggest issue was during the interview, a call with many people, and one of them even confessed they weren't paying attention and asked something I had already said, showing a total lack of respect for the process. The interviewer didn't seem happy from the moment they joined, and also, for several times, people in the call had their microphones open and the sounds from their environment were often too loud and disrupted the thought process for interview answers. Overall, they need to greatly improve the technical interview process.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The interview was based on presenting a practical project which consisted of implementing a web scraper from GitHub. The questions were basically about the code I wrote and how it could be improved and the things that were missing from the test.
