Best selection process I've ever been through. Everything happened very quickly and professionally, consisting of these steps: - Interview with HR - React programming technical challenges - Logic Reasoning challenge - Personality test - Interview with the Area Manager - Technical interview and final practical challenge. First, an interview with the Recruiter, where I described my journey and she presented everything about Trustly, answering all my questions. It was a super relaxed chat, where the recruiter made me super comfortable throughout all the stages. The second interview was with the Area Manager, also a more informal chat, about career, achievements, and interests. The final stage was a technical interview with two Engineers from the team, where we discussed my solutions to the technical challenges and did a final pair-programming style challenge.

The interview covered benefits, compensation, and work environment. I really liked the proposals. Then, I was given a technical challenge. I dedicated 3 full days of the weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) to complete the challenge. I submitted it on Monday and, after 1 week, I received an automated email saying I didn't advance in the process. I didn't get any feedback to know what I could improve, so it was very frustrating.

The hiring process started with a Codility challenge using React. It involved a simple task of implementing like/dislike functionality and a harder one to pair countries with their capitals. Next, there was a chat with HR, who was super nice and helpful, answering all my questions. At the end of that, they asked a question in English to check my level. Then, I had an online test for English listening/reading skills, a personality test, and a cognitive abilities test. Finally, there was a live coding session where I had to fetch data from an API and add some features. The developers involved were really chill and friendly, which made the session relaxed. The whole thing took about a month.
