The whole process went super well and was really fast. It took about two weeks from the initial recruiter contact to the offer. The steps were: first chat with the recruiter, an English assessment, a technical interview (no live coding, just a high-level system design, with optional tools and screen sharing), an interview with the squad manager, a final interview with the QA manager and the PM, and finally, they asked for three professional references.

A entrevista foi bem tranquila, sem muita coisa complicada porque era uma vaga júnior. Não teve prova escrita nem de codar. Me mostraram um código e fizeram umas perguntas pra eu analisar. Também perguntaram sobre POO, design patterns, clean code... Na parte não técnica, a gente conversou bastante pra ver como eu lido com situações onde empatia é importante pra incluir todo mundo. E também teve pergunta pra analisar meu comportamento como profissional. Todo mundo foi super educado e empático comigo. Me senti bem e à vontade nas entrevistas.
