First, there was a screening email from Danielle. Then, I set up an appointment with Lisa. After that, I had a phone interview with Lisa. This was followed by inpatient and outpatient coding tests and Clinical Documentation testing. Then I got a job offer. I had a phone call with Lisa about it, and we discussed pay negotiation. Finally, my start date was set.
