The interviewer was looking for brief "Yes" or "No" answers and didn't want much detail from me. They weren't really interested in hearing solid examples of my skills or past work. I got the feeling they just needed to tick a box rather than really understand the quality and depth of my experience. It was a weird approach for assessing a candidate for a senior role. I'm left with a terrible impression of Trustaff and wouldn't accept a job offer from them.

My recruiter Anthony Tran from trustaff set up a phone interview with the nurse manager. The manager called me, and we chatted about the types of patients I've cared for and if I knew the area. She seemed really nice and happy about me potentially joining her team. I got hired on the spot, and we talked about the contract details, like my requested days off, to make sure I'd have a good work/life balance. I was super thrilled to get the job!

The interview was pretty casual and really gave me a lot of info. The person interviewing me took time to understand my background and past jobs. They also explained what they were looking for and how they saw me fitting into their plans for the job. They were great at answering all my questions and even gave me a chance to clear up anything they might have misunderstood about me. They kept to the timeline they set after the interview, and were very responsive to any other questions I had afterwards.
