We'll start with a recruiter reaching out via message or call. Then, there's a chat with that same recruiter to see if you're a good fit. If that goes well, we'll set up a technical interview that includes some questions and a coding exercise.

The whole process took about a week. First, I had a group interview covering Java concepts, SpringBoot, and REST applications. Then, there was a technical test where I had to build a SpringBoot project from scratch, including POST, PUT, and DELETE operations, JWT authentication, and AOP. I didn't proceed because I had already accepted a remote offer, but the technologies they use sound interesting, and I think Truper is a great company.

It was a really bad experience. First, you apply on the platform where the job is posted. They conduct an online interview and tell you it went well, but then they don't follow up. After 3 months, they contact you for an in-person interview. They supposedly tell you everything is perfect and then give the proper follow-up, but in both situations, it was apparently due to the resignation of the person in charge of both processes. Honestly, very disappointed with the process. I tried sending messages and calling the number they contacted me from, but unfortunately, I never got a response. Not a pleasant experience with the HR team at all.
