It was pretty easy. They told me what I'd be doing and what they expected. Asked about my skills and what I'd done before. I didn't have any problems with it. I met the regional manager at the local office, and we had a good chat.

I talked to the team lead and recruiter at my university career fair, and they looked at my resume for about 5 minutes. Two weeks later, I had an hour-long onsite interview with the team leader. We discussed my github projects, research projects, and my academic activities. He also asked about my work-life balance, research, and internship experiences. I got the offer two weeks after that.

The interview was pretty standard. Three people interviewed me and asked me basic questions about my knowledge and past experience. After the interview, I had to wait for the offer, and it took two weeks. They said they would let me know something, so I'm just waiting.

They asked about my past experiences and how I approached projects. Then they reviewed some of my previous work. They also told me about how Truno works and how they handle their projects. The interviewers were really open and shared a lot of information and their thoughts on my background. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot.
