Creative Director
The interview process was really good and friendly. The interviewers knew what they were looking for, and we collaborated on defining the job description and outlining a plan for success. I met with multiple managers, and the whole thing took about a month.
- What's your vision for this company's future in the next five years?
Graphic Designer
The interviewer was great, really nice and friendly, the whole thing was a good time. I talked about my portfolio and my past work experience, and they gave me the details on the role. After we talked, I was given a task to design an email layout and had to send it back by the next morning.
- Are you proficient in photo retouching using Photoshop?
Archivist
It was a really nice and friendly chat, very direct. I didn't feel any pressure at all. They mentioned my resume looked good and asked about my availability to start. The office was a bit hectic, and the receptionist wasn't around, so I had to look around until someone noticed me and offered help.
- Do you have an interest in photography?
Archivist
The interview process was pretty informal. I was called in for an in person interview right away and we talked about my experience first. The follow up questions were about my knowledge of celebrity culture and the how fast my pace was usually. After the first interview there was supposed to be a second interview, but due to scheduling problems they went ahead and hired me after the first.
- What is the most difficult workload you have faced?
