First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trump Golf.
Assistant Superintendent
Applied online, then had a phone interview. They made an initial offer, and there were some small, mostly unsuccessful salary negotiations. The job was offered, and I thought about and discussed the opportunity with peers and family. There was no financial help provided for relocating from Florida to New York.
- Can you tell me about your current responsibilities?
- What aspects of your job do you find enjoyable?
Client Service Representative
The interview process was great. The team and staff were very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job. The food was also amazing. The team members are caring and fun to be around most of the time. It wasn't stressful and the pay structure is decent with potential for promotion.
- How well do you collaborate with your colleagues?
Crew Member
It was easy talking with two or three supervisors. It was a basic interview with nice people in a comfortable environment with beautiful ocean views. The atmosphere was easy-going and the work environment was fun. The pay wasn't great, and there was no discussion or chance to ask for more money.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Grounds Crew
Sent my resume via email and then got a call to set up the interview. We met in person for about 30 minutes with the club manager. Got a follow up call the next week and they gave me an offer.
- Have you worked in hospitality before?
