First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TruMark Financial.
Member Service Representative
First, I met with Debbie and HR at head quarters. Then, I completed an aptitude test. After that, I had a more formal interview with the branch manager at a specific location. Finally, I'm waiting for an email reply with the answer to the interview.
- Can you tell me about your previous sales experience?
- What is your general knowledge of banking?
Analyst
The recruiter reached out to me directly and did a phone interview, which was smooth and professional. Soon after, I was invited to the next round, which is in-person. The whole process has been fast, efficient, and organized, and I have a good impression of it.
- Could you please introduce yourself and explain your motivation for applying to this role?
Assistant Manager
I spoke with the recruiter first, and then they set up an interview at the actual branch. The Branch Manager and Regional Manager were there. They mostly asked me about my selling abilities rather than my management skills. I got an offer within 4 days.
- Could you tell me about your sales experience?
- What motivates your decision to leave your current job?
Teller
It started with a phone interview, and then I got scheduled for a one on one interview with a manager. I was called back for a second interview with another manager. They were mostly concerned about my cash handling experience. I got the impression that this is a large company that does tons of interviews and I was just another person in line for a mediocre job.
- Can you describe a time you had to multitask?
