It was a pretty standard sales interview. First, there was one phone interview, then two in-person interviews. They asked typical sales questions, like asking for an example of when I exceeded a sales quota or what motivates me to succeed. It wasn't overly challenging or unexpected. The people I met with were friendly and kept things casual.

They were very unprofessional. I had to call them back multiple times when we had pre-set appointments when HR was going to call me.

The interview process was well done. Lots of email communication, then came in for an interview. Scheduled for a second interview pretty quickly. Went back in to meet with managers and had an offer the next day. If you have sales experience, it seems pretty easy to get an interview with this company because they are always looking to replace people who get fired or quit monthly due to constant turnover on the sales floor.
