Went through a phone interview, then spoke with the manager, and finally interviewed with upper management. They kept me updated throughout the process. The entire process took about two weeks before the job offer was extended.

It was a friendly experience with the people, but there was definitely a lack of follow up and organization. I applied back in December and was told they would let me know about a decision before the year ended. Sadly, I still haven't heard back so I'm just assuming I didn't get the job. It's kind of surprising, especially for a company that talks so much about culture and being transparent with their members, that they wouldn't show the same respect to candidates.

I met with the VP of Sales and my potential Sales Manager for the interview. They were very professional and asked the questions that are important for the position. Near the end, they helped to lighten the mood so they could understand my personality better, which helped me realize this would be a good place for me if I wanted to build a career at TruHome Solutions.

The entire interview process was conducted online. While the questions themselves weren't overly difficult, it was challenging to get a real feel for the company culture and work environment. What the HR team and the managers discussed didn't quite align with what my experience turned out to be.
