The process was pretty straightforward. I had an HR phone screen, then a hiring manager phone screen, and finally an in-person meeting with stakeholders. Everyone was super friendly and quick to respond, and they did a good job of explaining how everything would go down.

I was contacted over LinkedIn and had a short chat with the recruiter. Then, the company wanted to schedule three interview rounds within 48 hours, preferably the same day. I accommodated them. The first interview was an hour long and standard, focusing on my past experience, with no time for my questions or learning about the company. The second interview was supposed to be 6 hours later, but the interviewers didn't show up. 10 minutes after the scheduled time, the recruiter called to say I was no longer being considered, citing lack of commercial experience, which wasn't on my resume. They could have easily checked my resume. They don't value applicants' time. The person for the third interview the next morning was unaware I was out. The company's culture seems questionable.

I had a really messy time with the early stages of hiring here. It started when the recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. I responded quickly and tried to be helpful with info and my own questions. Then she asked for my resume by email, but she never got it. She didn't check in for three days, so I sent it over LinkedIn since email wasn't working. We set up a call, and I made sure I was free for it. But, the recruiter just didn't call and didn't even let me know she couldn't make it. I messaged her right after asking about the missed call, and still nothing. It took a whole week for her to say she was sick and we could reschedule. The rescheduled call was good, we talked things through. She said she'd talk to the director and get back to me in a couple of days. I never heard back at all, and I decided not to bother reaching out again. So, I'm crossing this company off my list because this was one of the worst recruiter experiences I've had. Even if the job was filled, a simple follow-up is just polite. It felt like things might be pretty disorganized there, and maybe I dodged a bullet with a potentially chaotic workplace.
