Associate Manager
The interview process was good, I completed all rounds in one day. Feedback was provided on the same day, which was good for me. It was a good interaction with managers and I got a lot of information during the interview.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Explain your experience with sourcing tests.
- Describe your approach to scenario-based questions.

First, there was a phone call with pretty bad reception, lots of noise and interruptions. They asked about my background, what salary I was looking for, and gave me some info about the job. After that, I had a Teams meeting for a technical interview. They wanted to know about OOP, cloud stuff, and JavaScript frameworks. Then, I had to complete an exercise.
- Describe a recent challenge you encountered and your solution.
- Tell me about your background.
- What are your salary expectations?
Director
So the process wasn't very clear. The HR manager reached out, mentioning they found my profile online and were interested, but they seemed more focused on salary expectations than discussing the role's responsibilities. Later that same day, they contacted me again via email and tried to call, and I found out they wanted to meet in person the next morning without checking my availability in town or my travel plans. After that, they scheduled a US interview, which the local HR team didn't organize properly. A Sr. Director and the CFO conducted the interview, asking general questions.
- What is your 3-year vision?
- Can you detail your experience?
- How would you approach a situational analysis?
Java Developer
This was a terrible interview experience. The interviewers seemed clueless about the technologies they were supposedly leading. There were 6 rounds in total. After finishing all of them, they just informed us of rejection without any clear reason. In some rounds, they didn't even seem to know the position they were hiring for. I've never seen such negligence towards candidates, it felt like a complete waste of time. I definitely won't recommend this to anyone.
- Can you tell me about basic Java concepts?
- What are the core principles of Java?
