Customer Service Representative
I had 3 interviews, the first 2 interviewers were nice and made me feel at ease. The last person was short with me, and I felt she was bragging about her position and how many people she had under her. She was probably just telling me about the job, but it was her tone of voice and her body language. When it came to the 'do you have any questions for me' part of the interview, I started asking questions and she seemed irritated and short with her answers. After every one, she would ask 'do you have any more questions for me?' She was so dismissive and I could tell she was done with me and couldn’t wait to end the zoom. The last thing she said was 'you will definitely be hearing back from us.' It’s been a few weeks and nothing, not even an email rejection. Why lie? Why give people hope when her demeanor said otherwise? If that’s the person I’d be working for who got annoyed so easily over questions, I think it all turned out for the best. I appreciated the opportunity.
- Can you describe in detail your duties in your last job?
Customer Service Representative
I went through a long process of 3 separate zoom interviews over the course of one month. One of them was rescheduled after I waited about an hour on the call and wasn't connected to anyone. After my final interview I was told I would be receiving a call from the HR department with an offer for the position. However, two weeks after I was supposed to receive the phone call, I reached out myself since I have not heard anything. I was told over the phone there was a hiring freeze and my application is still on file. I'm very disappointed and feel like as if the poor communication on their end cost me the position
- Can you describe your feelings about your previous management?
Cook
It was a 3-step interview process, all done via Zoom. The meetings were pleasant and professional. Using Zoom made the process faster and more effective. They were flexible with scheduling interviews, and communication happened through Zoom, email, and text.
- Describe a time you had to solve a difficult customer issue.
Dispatcher
After filling out an application, I got an email the next day to set up a zoom interview. We had a 10-minute zoom call, and then they told me I'd have a second interview. The second interview was the very next day, a 30-minute one with HR. They said they would talk to a few people after the interview and then get back to me via email or phone.
