The interview process involved four interviews, each about a week apart. It began with a recruiter screening call, which was pleasant and timely. Next were two interviews with the supervisor and manager. The first was a meet-and-greet to discuss the role and my qualifications. The second focused more on technical skills and assessing if my hard and soft skills were a good fit. The final interview was with an executive who talked about company culture and the employee/employer dynamic, likely to gauge cultural fit. Everyone was kind and helped ease my nerves. My advice is to research the company and technology thoroughly between interviews to show your eagerness to learn.

Applied online. Got an email response pretty fast, within 2 days. The whole process took about 3 weeks with a bunch of emails back and forth. The interview itself went okay, but the salary offered was pretty low, like half of what's normal. The manager was a really great guy though. The place looked awesome and had cool stuff. Noticed lots of perks and benefits too. Everyone was friendly and professional. The building itself was nice. They went into detail explaining the products and services. The manager did admit that there's a lot of competition in their field.
