The interview process was challenging, respectful, friendly, informative and time efficient. Everyone was polite and made it comfortable for me. Seems like a group of very professional people who care about their employees and organization.

I had a phone interview with HR, and the questions felt unprofessional, asking about personal details unrelated to my skills or experience. The HR wasn't great. They offered me an in-person interview slot and said they'd confirm, but I never heard back. I emailed the day before to check, and they said the supervisor hadn't reviewed resumes due to an ongoing audit. In my opinion, they should have just let me know if I wasn't moving forward after evaluating my application. It's fine that they didn't contact me to proceed with the interview.

I applied and got contacted by HR the day after. We set up an initial phone screen. Two weeks later, I met the hiring manager. They asked me to send work examples to HR. HR didn't reply or confirm. Two weeks after that, I got a final interview invite. It was in person, two weeks later. So that's a 6 week process. After several more weeks with no HR replies, I'm assuming I didn't get the job. It was a long process with an onsite interview. The lack of communication and no rejection is unprofessional.

I had an initial phone chat with HR back in Sep 2014. Then, I went in person for an interview with the hiring manager in Oct 2014. The last step was an interview with some of the executive staff in Nov 2014. They made an offer in Dec 2014, and negotiations took less than a week. They have a set list of questions they have to ask because of their HR policy. Most of them were typical questions and asked about scenarios.
