So we start with a screening interview, could be at a career fair or during a lunch and learn. If that goes well, you'll move on to a round robin interview session where you meet with 4 different Truebeck employees, all at different levels. Sometimes, especially if you met us at a career fair, there might be a second round of interviews.

I had an on-campus interview that was really quick, with just one question. I didn't feel like I got to show my real self or that I could prove I'd be a good fit for the company.

I had a preliminary phone screen with HR and then went to the Redwood City office for an on-site interview. First, I met with the Marketing team for a detailed interview. We talked about my A/E/C/ experience, my social media skills, and whether I could handle other tasks for the Marketing Team. I also got to know each team member and what they do. After a good conversation where I showed my interest in the company and the role, I then met with the Director of Marketing & Communications. We had a short chat where I learned more about her, the team, and what she needs for this job.
