Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved either one-on-one or panel sessions with the hiring manager. These sessions were scheduled on time and lasted for about an hour. The atmosphere was friendly and the process was straightforward. The hiring manager provided a full description of the position, including the challenges of the role and very detailed information about the compensation structure. It was a professional setting with a two-way interaction, where they explained their expectations.

It was a pretty long interview process, about two months long. If I had the chance to interview there again, I would definitely choose True North Custom again. Their HR team really knows how to represent the employer's brand well. I felt really respected because they were so quick to respond to my follow-ups and questions, even when they had to deliver bad news. I truly believe True North Custom gets branding inside and out. I'd highly recommend checking out their open positions if you're looking for a new job or company. They really get that the HR department is a key part of branding and showcasing the company culture through their employees. It's a place I'd want to work!

It was a 3 step process. I first spoke to HR, then I had to do an online assessment, and finally I interviewed with the VP of Client Services. They got back to me in under two weeks. The whole process was very straightforward and not difficult at all.
