Performance Marketing Specialist
The interview process had 4 rounds total, including an initial HR chat. There was also a digital marketing project to complete. The HR part and the other rounds were pretty quick, about half an hour each. After I submitted the project, there was one more session where we discussed it.
- What strategies would you use to boost the lifetime value of current customers?
Strategist
The interview process was really tough and technical. They asked me about my work, case studies, and some scenarios and tech stuff. It was a 1-hour interview. The first interview was with the director, and then the next one was with either the SVP or the President.
- Could you share a case study that you are particularly proud of?
Account Director
So, the interview was a two-part thing. First, a phone screening, and then an in-person meeting. They asked some pretty standard questions about the industries I've worked in and my experience with analytics tools. Then, they got into more detailed questions about specific accounts and how I approach my work.
- Can you share an instance where you had to escalate a problem and detail how you managed that situation?
- Describe a moment from your past experience when you felt the need to escalate an issue, and explain how you addressed it.
Marketing
True Media has a typical interview process: You submit an application, they screen your resume, have an initial screening call, give you a skills assessment, then a behavioral interview, followed by a technical interview. After that, there's a case study or presentation, then they evaluate your culture fit. Next are reference checks, a final interview, then an offer, and finally onboarding.
- Tell me about a successful brand strategy you created and implemented, detailing its core elements and outcomes.
