First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at True Health.
Medical Scheduler
The interview was pretty chill and easy to talk through. No need to be stressed, just show up professional and be yourself. It's basically a bunch of questions to see if you're a good fit for the company. Always put patients first!
- What makes you want to join True Health?
Lab Technician
They hit me with some standard situational questions to check my job knowledge. Then they explained the responsibilities and talked about the QA role. People were great, but the execs had some legal issues with Medicaid kickbacks. Overall, it was a pretty easy interview.
- Tell me about your lab experience.
Medical Case Manager
First you'll talk to the department manager. If they think it's needed, you'll have a second interview with the assistant manager. If both managers think you're a good fit, they'll offer you the job and HR will be told to start the hiring process.
- Describe a time you had a conflict with a coworker and how you handled it.
Center Manager
Had two interviews. The second one was really good, with deep questions, so you gotta be ready to really think. Both were about 30 mins each. Got feedback about 48 hours after the second one.
- If phones are ringing, a patient complains, and the building is on fire, what do you prioritize?
